Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The Client is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and NLP models to support public sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with a hands-on approach to developing solutions from concept to deployment.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts

·         Proven expertise in NLP, especially BERT and transformer-based models

·         Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

·         Strong Python programming skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

·         Experience with data preprocessing and tokenization

·         Ability to fine-tune and optimize models

·         Understanding of transfer learning and adapting pre-trained models

Responsibilities: Design and train machine learning and deep learning models, focusing on real-world applications such as text classification and sentiment analysis. Analyze and visualize data, define validation strategies, and ensure data quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to align models with business goals and track their effectiveness. Manage resources efficiently and contribute to the continuous improvement of ML systems.
