Corporate social responsibility at Akkodis

At Adecco Group Netherlands, of which Akkodis is part, we believe Corporate Social Responsibility is very important. . That is why we have also been CSR certified since 2010, something we are very proud of! Our CSR certification ‘CSR Performance Ladder’ensures a balance between our objectives with regard to People, Planet and Profit.

Through the efforts of our colleagues, Akkodis has always played an important social role. This awareness has become an increasingly important part of our strategy over the years. Our international mission today is therefore: ‘Making the future work for everyone’.

 

31 recognisable CSR issues

The CSR Performance Ladder contains 31 CSR issues aimed at increasing the competitive advantage of organizations that voluntarily guarantee the ethics of their production chain and cycle, and encourages companies to develop and implement social and environmental initiatives in the workplace. The 31 issues relate to, among other things, being a good employer, doing business fairly, the circular economy and climate change.

Sustainable development goals

Our activities have an impact on society. We think it's important these are in line with the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. Specifically, concerning these SDGs:



The extent to which our activities and our management system are also in line with the CSR Performance Ladder certification is assessed by an independent accredited organisation, in our case DNV.

In addition to the MVO Prestatieladder certificate, The Adecco Group in the Netherlands has had a 'Silver medal' from EcoVadis since 2022. EcoVadis is the tool which assesses our sustainability transparently. The tool is becoming increasingly well-known, which strengthens the commercial position of companies.
