    Akkodis is seeking a Plant IT Manager for a client in Greater St. Louis Missouri area. This is a direct hire position requiring an onsite work schedule.  

    Pay/Salary Range: based on years of experience: $100,000-125,000/yr 

    Job Description: 

     

    The Plant IT Manager will have the opportunity to be an integral member of a team to gather and analyze business needs, define requirements, and implement changes to systems. You will document system design, testing, and maintenance procedures and support end-users in the use of the Kronos time-keeping system.   

     

    Qualifications: 

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Management including people management is required. 

    • Strong experience in budget management, Project Management, and working with cross-functional teams is essential to your success in this role 

    • Prior experience in automotive manufacturing plant environment; able to work with colleagues at all levels and relate to shift workers. MES background is required 

    • Technical experience with Microsoft OS, O365, Servers, Networking, PLEX ERP systems, and the like 

    • Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills is required 

    • Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication is required
