    Akkodis is seeking a Genesys Developer for a Contract job with a client in Carey, OH(Hybrid). Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Genesys-based contact center solutions, and integrating them with enterprise systems to enhance customer experience.

     

    Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Genesys Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Genesys-based contact center solutions to meet business requirements.

    • Customize and configure Genesys applications including routing strategies, IVR flows, and call flows.

    • Integrate Genesys solutions with third-party and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, databases, APIs).

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys applications, ensuring high system availability.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.

    • Participate in system upgrades, performance tuning, and implementation of new features or technologies.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Genesys application development and support.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys platforms such as Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud CX.

    • Proven ability to integrate Genesys solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and other technologies.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
