    Akkodis is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Maple Grove, MN(Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for defining software requirements for medical device products.  

     

    Rate Range: $50/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Process Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements for medical device products.

    • Eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.

    • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

    • Ensuring software solutions align with regulatory standards and risk management processes.

    • Supporting software validation and verification efforts.

    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within software development processes.

    • Facilitating requirement changes in management processes and impact analysis.

    • Participating in audits and regulatory submissions as needed.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

    • Proven experience in the medical device industry or regulated healthcare software environment.

    • Strong knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, and FDA Design Controls.

    Pay Details: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
