    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract job with a client in Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with business process modeling, and excellent communication skills.

     

    Rate Range: $49.24 - $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.

    • Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states.

    • Perform fit-gap analyses and gather design requirements.

    • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.

    • Prepare and execute testing plans, document testing results, and lead testing efforts.

    • Assist in the development of project management artifacts and support project lifecycle activities.

    • Troubleshoot software systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.

     Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

    • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.

    • Knowledge of project management methodologies.

    • Proficiency in SDLC management software such as Atlassian.

    • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Pay Details: $49.24 to $64.39 per hour
