    With a focus on advancing sustainable technology and delivering cutting-edge solutions to global challenges, we are currently seeking a Senior Dynamics Engineer to join our High-Tech Team and contribute to the development of innovative high-tech systems.


    What you’ll be doing as a Senior Dynamics Engineer:

    • Dynamic Design Development: Generate dynamic designs that meet extreme performance requirements to achieve the ultimate resolution and image quality in high-tech systems.
    • Modeling and Prediction: Create and maintain models of modules and systems to accurately predict dynamic performance.
    • Requirement Definition: Establish dynamic requirements for ongoing developments in high-tech systems.
    • System Optimisation: Investigate and optimise dynamic performance through troubleshooting and modeling techniques.
    • Mechanical Testing: Design, analyse, and test mechanical (sub)systems to enhance dynamic performance.
    • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with engineers across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software, and dynamics.


    What you need to be successful as a Senior Dynamics Engineer:

    • Educational Background: A Master’s or PhD in Mechanical or Dynamical Engineering.
    • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience developing mechatronic (sub-)systems in the high-tech or equivalent industry sector with a focus on dynamic performance.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in applied mechanics, FEM, and material constitutive behaviour. Familiarity with tools such as Matlab, UX, and ANSYS is essential.
    • Personal Attributes: A proactive and self-driven attitude, strong analytical skills, flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Leadership Skills: The capability to guide and coach engineers within multidisciplinary teams.
