We are currently seeking an Integration Engineer to join our High-Tech team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration of software deliverables, enhancing automation workflows, and maintaining top-tier quality standards. Working within a collaborative Agile SAFe environment, you will help shape integration strategies that support cutting-edge solutions for diverse industries.
What you’ll be doing as an Integration Engineer:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate software deliverables into cohesive assemblies.
- Developing and maintaining an integration strategy, ensuring alignment with system-wide processes.
- Managing and optimising automated integration workflows and quality checks using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Analysing test results to identify and resolve integration issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Supporting cloud testing initiatives and incorporating them into integration strategies.
- Driving continuous improvements in integration processes, including automation opportunities and quality enhancements.
- Proactively identifying risks and challenges, driving solutions to maintain high-quality standards for deliverables.
- Aligning integration planning with development roadmaps during agile planning events.
What you need to be successful as an Integration Engineer:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in testing, integration, and software development.
- Hands-on expertise in GIT, Jenkins, Python, and Clearcase.
- Proven track record in managing automated CI/CD environments.
- Experience in programming, scripting, and automation within complex technical environments.
- Familiarity with the agile way of working (e.g., SAFe frameworks) and cross-functional team collaboration.
Furthermore, you have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to set and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, combined with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and maintain flexibility in dynamic situations.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to challenge and inspire stakeholders to meet quality standards.
