    • Implement installation and configuration instructions.  
    • Analyze error messages and inquiries, resolve complex malfunctions/requests (remotely and on-site), and implement possible workarounds.  
    • Establish escalation procedures according to directives.  
    • Ensure and monitor the availability of hardware, software, and the network.  
    • Maintain an inventory of hardware, software, and network components.  
    • Develop simple scripts and applications for individual users on workstation systems and mobile devices.  
    • Assist in resolving interface and conversion issues with standard and universal application software.  
    • Prepare, install, and maintain workstation systems, peripherals, mobile devices, network components, and communication tools, as well as their software and interfaces.  
    • Repair or replace defective devices.  
    • Relocate and expand workstation systems.  
    • Receive and address hardware, software, network, and communication issues.  
    • Identify, isolate, and repair failures.  
    • Coordinate activities with suppliers, consultants, and support partners.  
    • Coordinate tasks between users and IT services.

    Candidate Profile

    Specialist in ICT with CFC or CompTIA+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications (certificate).

    MS Azure Fundamentals certification (certificate).

    Knowledge of German at least at level C1 (diploma).

    Driver's license (copy of the license).

    On-site availability during office hours (08:00 - 17:30).
