Senior Project Manager/Leader

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Leader to drive the delivery of high-impact, health-related IT projects. This role focuses on leading digital transformation initiatives involving web, cloud, and API solutions, while ensuring alignment with OPS standards and methodologies.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, including cloud-based and web application initiatives

·         Expertise across SDLC methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Iterative

·         Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions in collaboration with BAs and system designers

·         Proven ability to lead JAD sessions and manage user stories, epics, and requirements documentation

·         Experience delivering web/cloud services using Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, IBM WAS, and Solaris

·         Familiarity with GO-ITS Digital Health standards and large-scale health IT projects.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of key programs. This includes steering committee participation, change management, and progress reporting to senior executives. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential to success in this strategic role.
