Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and execute comprehensive business analysis activities for large-scale IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in system and process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation to support the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 7+ years in requirements gathering and system analysis

• 7+ years in stakeholder management

• 7+ years preparing detailed documentation: use cases, SRS, BRD, user stories, and project planning

• Proven experience leading business analysis efforts across full project lifecycles

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation

Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, analyze, and document business and system requirements. You'll ensure alignment with organizational goals, support process improvements, and lead analysis efforts using best practices. The role also involves advising on standards to ensure consistency in business analysis across projects.
