Senior Business Analyst

The Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis initiatives for complex I&IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Proven experience conducting and leading business analysis on large-scale I&IT projects.

·         Strong ability to document technical and functional business requirements.

·         Skilled in developing use cases, context/use case models, process maps, and stakeholder assessments.

·         Proficient in creating systems diagrams and writing comprehensive business cases.

·         Experienced in options analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct detailed business analysis to assess client needs and recommend I&IT solutions.

·         Develop and document requirements using structured techniques (e.g., JAD sessions, mockups).

·         Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.

·         Create and maintain process flows, stakeholder maps, use case models, and data models.

·         Provide guidance on business analysis best practices aligned with OPS methodologies.

·         Engage stakeholders to ensure requirement accuracy and traceability through the project lifecycle.

·         Stay informed on emerging I&IT trends and ensure compliance with AODA standards.
