Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on FSM modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, specifically within the Field Service Management (FSM) module.
· Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
· Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow FSM and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow FSM implementations.
· Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful deployments.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow FSM implementations.
· Perform system upgrades and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
· Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and process flows.
· Provide support and training to end-users on FSM functionalities.
What You'll Need:
· 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Service Portal.
· Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server.
· Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
· ServiceNow Field Service Management certification.
· Experience with Mobile App development for ServiceNow FSM.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
