What we need from you:

·      Red Hat OpenShift (ROKS) Experience

·      Minimum Baseline Clearence

·      OpenShift experience

Technical Skills:

·      CI/CD expertise including a solid understanding of ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines

·      Practical experience with Tekton pipelines for build, test, deploy of apps

·      Integration with GitHub

·      Understanding of HCI Fusion Appliance systems

·      DevSecOps practices

Red Hat OpenShift (ROKS) skills

·      Kubernetes fundamentals demonstrating an in-depth understanding of IKS architecture including containers, networking, storage, and cluster management

·      OpenShift core concepts including features such as projects and namespaces, templates, operators, security

·      Knowledge of security and compliance for the protection of resources and data in OpenShift environments

·      Expertise in using OpenShift monitoring and troubleshooting tools for resolving issues

·      Cluster tuning, scaling and resource management

Soft skills:

·      Strong communication skills

·      Ability to work efficiently with a diverse team

·      Self-motivated and adaptable
