What our client requires?

 

Role Description:

 

To ensure Telecommunication site electrical design activities meet customer needs, comply with Australian Standards & State/Territory service and installation rules and are in line with our client standards and guidelines. Responsible for electrical design co-ordination with design suppliers.

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

The major tasks and responsibilities of the position are to:

·        Review existing drawings to assess electrical supply and earthing arrangements.

·        Evaluate Power Viability Audit (PVA) requests and guide design suppliers.

·        Propose power step-back solutions for sites with supply constraints.

·        Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines.

·        Review and approve For Construction Electrical and Earthing designs.

·        Manage and forecast PVAs and electrical design milestones.

·        Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contracts.

·        Oversee electrical design sub-contractor contracts.

·        Support client acceptance of electrical designs.

·        Assist in engagements with Power Authorities for upgrades.

·        Implement corrective actions as needed. 

 

 

Required Skills:

 

The Quality Assurance Analyst is accountable for:

·        Degree in Electrical Engineering

·        2 years of experience in the electrical design of Tower/monopole and rooftop telecommunication sites with strong understanding of drafting, electrical design & electrical build aspects of the site design.
