Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Application Support Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Brisbane CBD. This role involves providing technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and software-related issues.
• Customer service or helpdesk experience in a technical environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Exposure to industry-specific technologies or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of virtualization, networking, and database fundamentals.
• Experience in technical support for large-scale or complex environments.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments when required.

Please note this role includes travel to mine sites and 24/7 support on a rotating roster.
