Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

·         Strong experience with Agile methodology in the Software Development Life Cycle

·         Proven ability to assess complex information and provide actionable, strategic recommendations

·         Skilled in designing and facilitating workshops that drive group consensus

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create business cases, lead consultations, and present to senior leadership

·         Experience with applications leveraging RESTful or SOAP APIs.

Nice to Have:

·         Previous Ontario Public Service (OPS) experience

Key Responsibilities: The Senior Business Analyst will lead workshops and consultations to gather insights, develop environmental scans and business cases, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, document system requirements through use cases and data models, and collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of interoperability and enterprise systems.
